  • To turn on time slots for your online bookings, please head over to Settings > Services and select the service that you want to enable time slots for.
  • Scroll down and you’ll find “Time slots (optional)” option present. Enable it by toggling the button on the left side.
    • Only turn it on for website or mobile app bookings. Your customers will be able to make a booking only on the available time slots you select here. It must be turned on if you would like to auto assign crew to the jobs.
    • You will have to specify in the first box, the number of hours of the booking and accordingly at what time slots those bookings should get scheduled for.
    • Once done, hit Save and now the time slots will be available to the customers based on the number of hours they’ve booked for.

  • For this, please navigate to Customers and edit customer.
    • Scroll down to Status/Delete and you will see the status of the customer. Select from the dropdown whether you want to mark the customer Active/Inactive/Blacklisted.

  • To edit customer details for existing customer, please find that customer under the Customers tab. Click on the customer that you want to edit the details for.
  • Once you click on the name of the customer, a new tab will open up with the profile of the customer including every detail of them.
    • Find Edit client under the Profile tab and click on it. Now you change or add details relating to the customer. You can change or add the contact details, Address, Payment Terms, Notifications and various other customizations that are available.
    • Click on Save and the details of the customer will be updated.

  • To let crews set their own schedule/availability through the crew app, please head over to Staff > Crews > Edit Crew (pencil icon) for any crew.
    • Scroll down to Customize Availability and turn on “I want to customize this crew’s working hours”.
    • You will now be able to set their working hours yourself or scroll down to find the option to switch to “Crew can edit availability?”
    • Hit Save once done and now that particular crew will be able to edit their availability through their app.

  • To create a discount code, please navigate to Settings > Discount > Create a Campaign +.
    • You can type the campaign name which could be the event that the discount code is for. Here, we have a discount code which says Fifty Discount indicating that it gives you a 50% discount of the booking amount whenever you apply that code.
    • You can choose between whether you would want to give the discount in percentage or a flat amount that gets deducted when the code is applied. Also, you can have the discount code for all services or just on select services.
    • The target audience could be set according to the code. For example, if you want the customers to use your customer app, you’d want to go with the option Only Mobile App New Customer. The payment type could be online in case you want your customers to move to online booking to avail the discount.
    • You also have the option to have the same code or have unique codes. Type in the number of uses and the code that the customer needs to enter.
    • You have multiple ways to select between when to start the code. Select according to your preference and hit Save. The discount code will now be created and visible to you under Discounts and Promotions.
    • To activate or deactivate a discount code, you need to click on the green or the red button based on the Status.

  • To set rating and rating incentives, please navigate to Settings > Payroll > Rating Incentives.
    • Here, you will find that you can set an amount or percentage of the booking amount according to the rating (no. of stars) that they’ve for completing the booking.
    • In case you just want to collect ratings for the crews and do not wish to give an incentive, you can type “0” next to all the stars.
    • Hit Save and now the rating incentives will be set for the crews.

  • To send the links of the crew app, please navigate to Settings > Integration > Crew App.
    • Here, you can scroll down and find where it says App Store (iOS) and Play Store (Android). These links can be copied and sent to the crews based on the OS they use.
    • The crews will be able to tap on this link and it will redirect them to the Brilion Crew App. They can then download the app and use the Company ID and their password to access the Crew app.

  • Outstanding threshold is the maximum amount that your client can owe you. To set the outstanding threshold amount, please navigate to Settings > General > Schedule.
    • Next, find where it says Outstanding threshold and type in the amount in the text box right below it.
    • Here we’ve taken the Outstanding threshold to be USD 10000. Admins and customers won’t be able to book those customers who have reached their outstanding threshold.
    • Hit Save and now the outstanding threshold to all clients will be applied.
